• All sales from Pettigirldiscount are final. Refunds and returns are will not be accepted once order is confirmed. Defective item does not include wrong size chosen, wrong colour chosen, dislike of design chosen or any error in purchase caused by buyer.

• All sales items or promotional items are not allowed to be refunded once order is confirmed , if the items out of stock , we only accept to exchange of the stocks .

• Colour deviation (due to monitor display) and measurements deviation (lay flat) within range of 0.5 to 1.5 inch will not be considered as defective items. In this case, a refund / exchange is not allowed.

• Pettigirldiscount does not process refund for item with any stain lesser than the size of AUD1.0 coin.
•Pettigirldiscount will process refund / exchange under the following circumstances:-

a. Item(s) ran out of stock after payment confirmed.

b. Exchange - Buyer received defective item(s).

c. Refund - Buyer received defective item(s) and no available stock for replacement.


• Pettigirldiscount will process refund / exchange request once the returning item(s) is received. A replacement will be sent as exchange of the defective / wrong item(s). Pettigirldiscount will perform credit refund through buyer’s membership account in Pettigirldiscount website if the exchange item is out of stock.

• Buyer is encouraged to return the defect / wrong item with a copy of posting certificate or tracking slip. Kindly make sure the returned item(s) are properly sealed and secured before returning to us. Pettigirldiscount will not be responsible for any damage(s) caused during the return process. Buyer will bear the cost of shipping the item back to Pettigirldiscount .

•Pettigirldiscount will not be responsible for the lost or damage of item(s) during the returning process. Pettigirldiscount reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not fulfil our Return & Exchange Policy. Sales items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Pettigirldiscount only accepts exchange request on item(s) purchased directly from us.
